Our products are herbal and cannabis-based wellness preparations. They are not registered medicines and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on this website is medical advice.

Please speak to your doctor before using our products if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, are giving them to a child, or are taking chronic medication.

You must be 18 or older to place an order. Products for children should be ordered and given by a parent or guardian.

• Sending your basket or the order form to us on WhatsApp is a request to order, not a confirmed sale. Your order is confirmed once we reply and accept it.
• Prices are shown in South African Rand. We may change prices and we may correct obvious errors before confirming an order.
• Products are made in small batches, so an item may be out of stock. We will tell you and offer an alternative or a refund.

Payment arrangements and delivery costs are agreed with you directly when we confirm your order. Delivery times depend on the courier and the address you give us. Please make sure your delivery details are correct, as we cannot recover a parcel sent to a wrong address you supplied.

Because these are consumable wellness products, we can only accept a return of an unopened item in its original packaging, or of an item that reached you damaged or incorrect. Message us within 7 days of delivery and we will sort it out with you. This does not take away any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act. The text, photographs, product names and branding on this site belong to CannaHelp Herbs and Oils (Pty) Ltd. Please do not copy or reuse them commercially without our permission. We do our best to keep product information accurate and up to date, but the site is provided as it is.

You use our products at your own discretion and responsibility. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from the use of the website or of a product used other than as advised on the label.
