Data deletion

Send us a message and say that you would like your information deleted:

Please send the request from the number or email address you used when ordering, so we can be sure the request is really yours.

We remove your name, contact number, email address, delivery address, order notes and any health information you shared with us, together with the message history in our records.

South African tax and record-keeping law requires us to keep basic proof of sale for completed orders. Where that applies we keep only the minimum required, use it for nothing else, and delete it once the retention period ends.

We confirm your request when we receive it and complete the deletion within 30 days. We will let you know once it is done.

The products you add to your basket are stored on your own device, not on our systems. Emptying your basket on the site, or clearing your browser's site data, removes it completely.
