What these products are

Hand-crafted herbal and cannabis wellness remedies for health promotion and the relief of minor, everyday discomforts. Herbal tinctures are fully herbal blends and contain no oils; our CBD drops and balms are blended in carrier oils.

How to use

  • Drops / tinctures: place the drops under the tongue and hold for about 60 seconds before swallowing. Follow the dose on your label.
  • Balms & gels: massage a small amount onto clean, unbroken skin as needed.
  • Pet drops: add to food or give by mouth according to your pet’s weight, as advised on the label.

Warnings

  • Not for sale to persons under 18.
  • Not for use by pregnant or breastfeeding women.
  • Speak to your doctor first if you take chronic medication or have a medical condition.
  • Stop use if you experience an adverse reaction and consult a healthcare practitioner.
  • Cannabis products may cause drowsiness — do not drive or operate machinery if affected.
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Storage

Store below 25°C, away from direct sunlight. Close the lid after use. Use before the expiry date and quote the batch number on your label with any query.

Using the dropper

  1. Squeeze the rubber bulb and release it in the bottle to fill the glass pipette.
  2. Count the drops out under your tongue — one squeeze lets out one drop at a time.
  3. Hold under the tongue for about 60 seconds, then swallow.

When to take

  • Daytime blends: morning, with or after breakfast.
  • Rest & relaxation blends: 30–60 minutes before bed.
  • Take at the same time each day for the best routine.

Start low, go slow

Begin with the smallest dose on your label for 3–5 days. If needed, increase by one or two drops at a time until you find what suits you. Never exceed the daily dose on the label.
